FastFWDSports bring you a pool based sprint triathlon located in the North Lincolnshire market town of Brigg that takes in well known routes on both the bike and run section.
400m pool based swim, 20km bike and 5 km run on a familiar course all located around the Ancholme Leisure Center. Use it as a pre season fitness test to build for sprint races later in the year!
